STORAGE TIPS

Put several larger items inside door way. This helps prevent looters from stealing small items to pawn. Though security is good, quick break ins do happen at all properties.

Store your small valuable items in the rear of your unit.

Use a strong lock on securing your space. Disk locks are recommend.

Air circulation is important so it is suggested you leave some room between items to prevent mildew.

Do not cover your items with plastic sheeting. It tends to trap moisture due to high humidity in Houston.  We suggest cloth sheeting to prevent dust accumulation.

We urge you to inspect your property on a regular basis to check for items shifting or falling and to check for possible mildew or water damage.
