SPACE PLUS provides the following:

• Space Plus utilizes only one electronically controlled gate for entry and departure from the property. This is right next to the office for easy visual surveillance as each vehicle enter and leaves. The gate computer keeps a log of date and time of each vehicle arrival and departure time.

• Space Plus uses recorded camera surveillance throughout the property twenty four hours  a day.

• Space Plus is also patrolled on an irregular basis to watch for unusual activity.

• Space Plus tenants are required to show valid identification upon signing Rental Agreement.

• Space Plus is well lighted at night.

• Space Plus asks for you help by reporting any suspicious behavior.

• Though no property is 100% secure, Space Plus is diligent in doing all they can to keep crime to a minimum.  We wish we could guarantee total security, but there is no self-storage who can.  See Storage Tips so you, the tenant, can see what you can do to help maintain security at a high level.
